Our Story
IMK Development Group
IMK Development Group was founded as a boutique investment group. We invest in real estate development projects and use our investment model, relationships & strategic partnerships, technology and experience to improve the overall project. We like to contribute more to the project than just investment capital. While we will look at different real estate projects, new ground up development projects currently fit our criteria best.
We are International
We are based in Singapore, with a presence in the US, and have an international viewpoint. For real estate development projects, we are currently focusing on markets in the US and Asia region. We will, however, also consider Europe if the right project comes to our attention.
Strategic Partners
IMK is always looking for good strategic partners to work with. We like to partner with other investors. As we are not the developer, we look for developers with good projects and a strong track record where we can invest and contribute additional added value. This can be structured in a variety of ways including as a co-sponsor, joint venture or just an investor. However, if we are just an investor, we like to have a significant influence in the project and do not like to remain completely passive.
IMK has strong relationships and strategic partners that can contribute additional value to the project. This can also include additional financing throughout the capital stack.
