Mr. Ing spent his career in the area of family investments and international business. Over the course of the last couple of decades, he has built and re-positioned a variety of companies and real estate projects. This has included building and developing businesses and multi-purpose real estate development projects that includes unique and novel strategies, concepts and master plans.  He started with his involvement in family investments in real estate including a large real estate holding trust. This encompassed managing and re-positioning a dormant 1,000 acre real estate property for the Trustees of a real estate property holding trust in Florida. This resulted in the trust ownership of a 1,000 acre non productive real estate asset turning into an ownership of a large multi-purpose real estate development property. Mr. Ing was able to obtain one of the highest density development rights in the area, expansion of the county infrastructure through the property and the award of the competitive county Public Private Partnership for specific county initiatives to be developed on the property. This later encompassed post sale restructuring of the debt owed the family and partners until the Trust was paid completely in full. 

Mr. Ing also acquired for the family and other partners distressed property and debt which was successfully turned around. He has served in advisory capacities to the Board of Director’s and a member of the Board in various companies. He was also the general partner of a technology related investment fund until the assets were dispersed to the partners. 

More recently, he has made some technology related investments. These include proprietary technology with applications in renewable energy, real estate, construction and agriculture, among others. He has developed some patent pending technologies and proprietary ESG and real estate development finance strategies. When coupled with these new proprietary technologies and patents, he invests, develops and finances real estate development projects while achieving environmental and sustainability objectives. 

He has supported various social causes and charities.   He also co-founded a non-profit whose objective was to help disadvantaged people and promote understanding internationally through music and entertainment. 

Mr. Ing has been a speaker over the years at various real estate meetings and conferences.

Mr. Kevin is an insightful, seasoned global entrepreneur, investor and strategist born in Seoul, Republic of Korea. He has successfully led over 25 years of multi countries management in global leading companies, broadly across consumer-packaged goods, F&B, hospitality industries with mainly focus on Asia Pacific regions. When it comes to the investment sectors, he has got diverse equity ownership at new tech startups, business management consulting and R&D fields throughout ESG, Industrial Technology, Property Development and Brain Science (IP) by D.O.P.P.

Kevin has fulfilled cross-functional, cross-channel, cross-industry and cross-cultural leadership roles with making unbroken chains of revenue and profit growth at top-tier MNCs - BACARDI, DIAGEO, BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO and  LVMH, resulting in gaining the broad range of professional relationships with a large number of high-profiled business stakeholders and Asian countries central government officials from National Banks, Airport Authorities, Tourism Organizations, Customs & Taxation Services and National Assembly, etc. 

Over his academic study, Kevin completed the course work of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cognitive Psychology, and got Master of Business Administration (MBA) majored in Marketing from Korea University, while he has founded and chaired “KUPF, Korea Universities People Forum” as an Academic-Private-Public Business Platform Cooperation head-quartered in KU. 

Kevin is currently CEO of GLP&P Groups in Wine & Spirits, and President of BT Asia Pacific which is the partnering entity for developing Energy Glass businesses in South Korea.

Mr. Marino founded SAF-GLAS LLC and as its CEO & Manager has led the development of the company’s R&D that led to the patented technologies, including the EnergyGlass™ technology. He continuously shepherds organizational dynamics, talent development, marketing, manufacturing, finance and customer relationships. Primarily responsible for charting the company’s vision, mission objectives and strategic planning, his 30-plus years of executive leadership experience and industry knowledge provide a solid foundation and momentum for the company’s carefully orchestrated expansion into new markets. 

A life-long entrepreneur and certified Building Contractor, Mr. Marino has created numerous construction and manufacturing businesses and been at the helm in successfully confronting an array of business challenges, resulting in each entities’ growth in both sales and bottom line results. These include two construction corporations and a machinery design, sales and service company. Most notably in relation to his transition to his current role, he founded Global Specialty Products and, subsequently, Security Impact Glass which manufactured natural and man-made disaster resistant glass products. As a direct consequence of his leadership and management, SAF-GLAS came to fruition and evolved into one of the major producers of optically clear electrical producing glass wall product. The company’s continuing success is directly attributable to Mr. Marino's relevant expertise for product invention, fabrication, testing, certification and market capitalization. 

Mr. Marino is a native of Philadelphia, PA and was educated at Delco College where he achieved Civil Engineer status. He served an intensive internship with Schorn Development Company and was certified a Machine Engineer in 1974. Art’s mantra is “You should leave this world knowing you have positively contributed to your fellow man” and selflessly shares his foundation of knowledge in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) to promote his employees’ professional development, achievement and prosperity. A strong advocate for the industry, Mr. Marino is an advisor on an ASTM International Glass committee and has consulted with the General Services Administration.
